I can remember when working in HR looking for exactly something like this, and I didn't find it... so I have put it together myself.
This was something that people would often ask for in our mental health huddles or culture committees - something other than alcohol based team building, something that would help how people were feeling.
What is Team Breathing?
Team breathing involves group participation in a SOMA breathwork journey, often combined with other relaxing and healing modalities such as a sound bath and guided mindfulness or meditation. Each team breathing session is tailored to suit different team sizes and skill levels, making them accessible to everyone.
